Just like Maharshi Shri, it is difficult to describe in words anything about Poojya Maiyashri also. How can one know the mysteries of the life of a great person who has elevated himself to the stage of Sadguru? Yes, one thing can be said with certainty that this gross body of Poojya Maiyashri assumed human form in a highly religious family. Maiyashri used to carry out bhajan-sadhana for six to eight hours a day even during the study days and subtle bodied Siddhas and saints used to guide her during sadhana period. According to indications of siddhas and saints, she discontinued food grains in her diet and started living only on fruits. It was during this period that with the grace of siddhas she completed practically all the activities concerning Hatha yoga and also carried out Khiechari Mudra successfully.
